With over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, Registered Nurse Alexandria Read brings extensive clinical knowledge and a patient-centred approach to Salt Esthetique®.
Alexandria began her nursing career in 2014, completing a Diploma of Nursing before advancing her qualifications with a Bachelor of Nursing through Central Queensland University in 2020. Her professional background includes experience across general practice, allergy clinics, anaesthetics, operating theatres, and correctional health — providing her with a broad foundation in patient care, safety, and clinical standards.
Salt Esthetique® was established from Alexandria’s vision to create a considered and professional aesthetic environment in Townsville — one grounded in consultation, education, and individualised treatment planning. She recognised the importance of providing clients with clear information, realistic expectations, and a supportive setting in which to explore treatment options.
Alexandria’s commitment to education and ongoing professional development has led to recognition within the industry for her dedication to maintaining high professional standards and continuing clinical education. She regularly participates in advanced training and mentorship programs with experienced practitioners to ensure her knowledge and practice remain current and evidence-informed.
Her approach prioritises thorough consultation, transparent communication, and treatment planning guided by clinical assessment and each client’s individual goals.

Lexi is the welcoming face of Salt Esthetique® and plays an integral role in ensuring every client experience is seamless from start to finish.
With a strong focus on organisation, communication, and client care, Lexi supports the daily operations of the clinic while creating a warm and professional environment for every guest who walks through our doors. From coordinating appointments and managing enquiries to assisting with treatment preparation and aftercare guidance, she ensures each visit runs smoothly and efficiently.
Lexi understands that stepping into an aesthetic clinic can feel unfamiliar for some clients. Her approachable and friendly manner helps create a calm, comfortable space where clients feel supported and valued from their very first interaction.

With over 15 years of experience in the aesthetic and skin industry, Rhi-Anna brings extensive knowledge, clinical experience, and a considered approach to skin health at Salt Esthetique®.
As an Advanced Dermal Therapist and laser-qualified practitioner, Rhi-Anna has spent her career developing a deep understanding of skin physiology and evidence-informed treatment approaches. Her experience across advanced technologies and clinical skin treatments allows her to carefully assess individual skin concerns and guide clients through appropriate treatment options following consultation.
Throughout her career, Rhi-Anna has worked within professional aesthetic environments where she has developed experience in laser therapies, corrective skin programs, and advanced dermal treatments. Her methodical and thoughtful approach to treatment planning focuses on supporting skin health over time while maintaining realistic expectations and prioritising safety.
Known for her calm and attentive manner, Rhi-Anna takes the time to understand each client’s skin history, lifestyle, and goals. Her consultations are thorough and informative, helping clients feel comfortable, supported, and confident when considering their treatment journey.

Lexi is the welcoming face of Salt Esthetique® and plays an integral role in ensuring the clinic runs smoothly for both our clients and our team.
As Clinic Coordinator, Lexi oversees many of the day-to-day operations that keep the clinic organised and running efficiently. She works closely with the clinical team to coordinate appointments, manage enquiries, assist with treatment preparation, and ensure clients receive clear information before and after their visit.
Lexi also plays an important role behind the scenes, supporting the team and helping ensure the clinic environment remains calm, organised, and professional throughout the day. Her attention to detail and proactive approach help ensure every appointment runs seamlessly and that both clients and clinicians feel supported.
Understanding that visiting an aesthetic clinic can sometimes feel unfamiliar, Lexi’s friendly and approachable manner helps create a welcoming and comfortable space from the very first interaction.
