With over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, Alexandria Read brings clinical knowledge, precision, and a patient-centred approach to Salt Esthetique®.
Alexandria commenced her nursing career in 2014, completing a Diploma of Nursing before advancing her qualifications with a Bachelor of Nursing from Central Queensland University in 2020. Her professional background includes experience across general practice, allergy clinics, anaesthetics, operating theatres, and correctional health — providing her with a broad foundation in patient care, safety, and clinical standards.
Salt Esthetique® was established from Alexandria’s desire to create a considered and professional aesthetic environment in Townsville — one grounded in consultation, education, and individualised treatment planning. She recognised the importance of providing clients with clear information, realistic expectations, and a supportive setting in which to explore treatment options.
Since opening Salt Esthetique® in February 2023, Alexandria has remained committed to ongoing professional development and evidence-informed practice. Her approach prioritises thorough assessment, transparent communication, and tailored treatment plans designed to align with each client’s unique features and goals.
At Salt Esthetique®, every appointment is centred on informed decision-making and personalised care. Alexandria values building long-term client relationships based on trust, safety, and clinical integrity — ensuring clients feel comfortable, respected, and supported throughout their experience.

Lexi is the welcoming face of Salt Esthetique® and plays an integral role in ensuring every client experience is seamless from start to finish.
With a strong focus on organisation, communication, and client care, Lexi supports the daily operations of the clinic while creating a warm and professional environment for every guest who walks through our doors. From coordinating appointments and managing enquiries to assisting with treatment preparation and aftercare guidance, she ensures each visit runs smoothly and efficiently.
Lexi understands that stepping into an aesthetic clinic can feel unfamiliar for some clients. Her approachable and friendly manner helps create a calm, comfortable space where clients feel supported and valued from their very first interaction.

With over 15 years of experience in the aesthetic and skin industry, Rhi-Anna brings depth, precision, and advanced technical expertise to Salt Esthetique®.
As an Advanced Dermal Therapist and laser-qualified practitioner, Rhi-Anna has dedicated her career to understanding the science of skin. Her extensive hands-on experience across clinical skin treatments and advanced technologies has shaped her meticulous, results-oriented approach to treatment planning.
Rhi-Anna has worked within high-level aesthetic environments, refining her skills in laser therapies, corrective skin programs, and advanced dermal treatments. Her strong foundation in skin physiology allows her to confidently assess, plan, and deliver tailored treatment programs for concerns such as pigmentation, scarring, textural irregularities, and age-related skin changes.
She is particularly known for her attention to detail and ability to create structured, progressive treatment plans designed to support long-term skin health.
Rhi-Anna believes exceptional outcomes begin with thorough consultation, realistic expectations, and a personalised approach. Her calm, professional manner and commitment to ongoing education ensure every client feels supported, informed, and confident in their treatment journey.
