At Salt Esthetique®, a booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This amount is applied toward your treatment on the day of your visit.

The booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. It may be applied to a maximum of two appointment reschedules, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given prior to your scheduled appointment time.

If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, or in the event of non-attendance, the booking fee will be forfeited and a $100 non-attendance fee will be charged. Payment of this fee will be required prior to securing any future appointments.

After two reschedules, the original booking fee will be redeemed and a new booking fee will be required to secure another appointment.
 
Packages
Treatment packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be altered once purchased.
Missed appointments within a package will incur the standard $100 non-attendance fee in accordance with our booking policy.
 
Privacy & Confidentiality
Salt Esthetique® is committed to maintaining client confidentiality and professional standards at all times. All information disclosed during consultation and treatment is securely stored within your client record.
Clinical photographs taken for assessment and documentation purposes remain confidential within your file.
If you choose to allow your images to be used for educational or marketing purposes, you will be provided with a separate written consent form outlining how they may be used. Consent is entirely voluntary.

Gift Voucher Policy
Gift vouchers purchased at Salt Esthetique® are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, unless otherwise stated.

Gift vouchers:
• Are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash
• Cannot be transferred for monetary value
• Must be presented at the time of appointment
• May be used toward eligible treatments or products available at Salt Esthetique®
Where a gift voucher is used toward a treatment that requires consultation or medical assessment, suitability will be determined prior to proceeding. In some cases, an alternative treatment or service may be recommended based on clinical assessment.
If the value of the selected service exceeds the gift voucher amount, the remaining balance must be paid at the time of appointment. Any unused balance will remain on file until the expiry date.
Gift vouchers cannot be extended beyond their expiry date.
Appointments booked using a gift voucher are subject to our standard booking and cancellation policy. In the event of late cancellation or non-attendance, the applicable fee may be deducted from the voucher balance.
Salt Esthetique® is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift vouchers.

POLICIES

All cosmetic medical treatments at this clinic are carried out under appropriate medical governance and in compliance with Australian regulatory requirements. All registered nurses work in collaboration with qualified medical practitioners or nurse practitioner who provide prescribing, oversight, and clinical support.
 
Every patient receives an individualised consultation and prescription from an authorised prescriber prior to treatment. Medications are administered in accordance with the relevant state and national regulations, ensuring the highest standard of patient safety and ethical care.
